hey say a picture speaks a thousand words. Working as an art director for international magazines, every day I was telling stories. Using pictures I’d show a sequence of events leading up to a grand finale, or tell the story of people’s lives. To the point that the pictures alone would be enough to know the beginning, middle and end of the story.

It’s much the same with your brand where your customer takes the leading role in the story. Your customers all have something in common: a problem that needs solving if they want to achieve their goals. You have the solution to that problem so by becoming their guide you lead them to success and the life of their dreams.

It’s all about connection. First you need to work out what the problem is and then you tell them how you can solve it. Repeatedly. So there’s no mistake that you’re the one to help them fulfil their wildest dreams. How do we do this? By asking the right questions.

For example: some clients have come to me because they feel they’ve outgrown their brand. Their business has grown and changed direction since they first launched and now, when they look at their visual identity, they feel disconnected from who they are and their vision for the business.

They might even feel a little bit embarrassed because they feel it doesn’t reflect the badass business owner they are. They’re out of alignment with their brand and this is holding them back from going out into the world and doing all the amazing things they were born to do.

So that’s where we get to work. I help them get back into alignment with their brand. We look at the big picture, where they are now, where they want to be and take a deep dive into everything about them from how they want people to feel when they see their brand to the amazing transformation they can bring to their clients’ lives.

We reconnect them to their purpose and look at exactly WHO the person is they’re here to help and from this strong foundation, we can build a meaningful set of visuals that oozes their personality and brings them back into alignment with their mission, making them feel excited for the future and getting them on the path towards their goals.

If this sounds like you, book a call here to see how you can fall back in love with your brand and bring everything into alignment.
